We collect a rhythm, not a record of you.

Account basics. Your name, email address, and workspace membership. That's how you sign in and how your team knows it's you.

What you write. Your opens (your plan for the day), your closes (what shipped, what blocked you), and any goals, blockers, or notes you choose to share. You wrote them, you can see them, your team can see them — that's the whole point.

Floor presence. Whether you've marked yourself in and when you joined or left a conversation. Presence is a status you set, not a signal we infer.

Billing details. Handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.

Basic operational logs. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) kept briefly for security and debugging, never for behavioral analysis.

No screenshots or screen recordings — ever. No keystroke logging. No idle or activity tracking. No mouse movement, app usage, or browser history. No audio recordings or transcripts of conversations. No location tracking. No advertising trackers or third-party analytics that profile you.

These aren't settings that are off by default. The code to do these things does not exist in Wodular. See The Contract.

Wodular's calibration lines, digests, and syntheses are built only from what you and your team wrote — opens, closes, blockers, and goals. Never from screens, keystrokes, or timing. AI output about you is visible to you. Team-level syntheses are built from team-visible entries, aggregate to the team, and never rank people. Your words are not used to train anyone's models. People appear on a leaderboard only if they opt in (see below).

Your teammates see your opens, closes, shared blockers, and floor presence — the same things you see about them. Workspace owners see the same, plus billing. There is no owner-only view of any individual's data. Anything aggregated for owners is built only from information members can already see.

Your points, streak and shipped count are private by default. You choose how you show up, per venture: if you pick Team, teammates see those three numbers; if you also join the leaderboard, you're ranked with the teammates who joined it too; and if you also choose to share your AI cost, owners (and you) see it next to your points. Each step is off until you turn it on, and stepping back resets the later steps at once. No leaderboards you didn't opt into. High fives on finished work show the names of who gave them, and there is no negative reaction. Shared build sessions (rides) show who joined and the group's total, never one person's numbers.

Nothing in Wodular is public by default. An owner can give a venture a public page at wodular.io/b/<name> and list it in the directory. The page shows only what that owner chose: the name, a tagline, what they're building, their stage, needs and offers, and, if they turn them on, a momentum trend (rising or steady, never points), the venture streak, the titles and dates of recent finished work your team can already see (never notes, never owners-only items, never anything hidden from the public page), proof links, and a revenue range (never a number).

People appear only by their own choice. Your name, photo and role show on a venture's public page only if you choose Public under “How you show up” in Settings. Nobody else is shown or counted, and an owner can't choose it for you.

Connecting is mutual. There are no public comments and no messages from strangers. An owner of another public venture can say they're interested; you accept, decline or report it. Only after you accept do both sides receive each other's chosen contact (a contact email you set, or your account email only if you allowed it), with an intro email and a thread only the two ventures' owners can read.

Matches use public fields only. Weekly synergy suggestions are written by AI from what public pages already show, never from private map items, money or people.

Search engines and turning it off. Public pages carry “noindex” unless the owner lets search engines index them. Turning a page off removes it, its directory listing and its matches at once (search engines and link previews may take a while to forget a page they already saw).

We use a small number of service providers to run Wodular: Supabase (database and authentication), Railway (hosting), Resend (transactional email), Stripe (billing), and Anthropic (AI calibration and synthesis, under a no-training agreement). Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We never sell data, share it with advertisers, or hand it to employers beyond what's described above.

We disclose data only if legally compelled, and we'll tell you if the law allows us to.

Your opens and closes stay as long as your workspace keeps them — they're your receipts. Delete your account and your personal data is removed within 30 days, with your authored entries either deleted or de-identified per your workspace's choice. Operational logs are kept no longer than 90 days. Email support@dmeprousa.com to request export or deletion at any time.

If we change this policy, we'll say so plainly on this page and notify workspace owners by email. We will never quietly weaken a promise made in The Contract.
